Robert W. Decherd

Robert Decherd has served as chairman, president and chief executive officer since May 17, 2018. Robert served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of A. H. Belo Corporation from December 2007 through September 2013, and served as vice chairman of the Board of Directors from September 2013 through December 2016. Robert served as non-executive chairman of Belo Corp. from February 2008 through December 2013 and he held several executive positions during his 35-year career with Belo Corp., including chairman and chief executive officer from January 1987 through January 2008. Robert has been a member of the board of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation since 1996, served as that company’s Lead Director from 2004 to 2008, chairman of its audit committee from 2002 to 2004, and a member of its audit committee since 2008. Robert is presently chairman of Parks for Downtown Dallas, a 501(c)(3) private operating foundation that promotes the establishment of center-city parks. He has served on the Advisory Council for Harvard University’s Center for Ethics and the Board of Visitors of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
Grant S. Moise

The Dallas Morning News
Grant S. Moise is currently the President and Publisher of The Dallas Morning News. In his role, Grant is responsible for all core functions instrumental in delivering one of the nation’s best daily local news media reports combined with excellent customer service.
Previously, Grant served as General Manager of The Dallas Morning News and Senior Vice President of Business Development for A. H. Belo. He managed mergers and acquisitions for A. H. Belo and oversaw the integration of new companies into the company’s marketing solutions ecosystem – including The Dallas Morning News core assets, as well as six new businesses that were built or acquired during the past five years. Prior to that, Grant served as the Vice President of Digital for The Dallas Morning News where he was responsible for the monetization of all digital assets and was the Publisher of Briefing.
In addition to Grant’s direct responsibilities, he also sits on the boards of: Neeley School of Business Advisory Board at TCU, and Providence Christian School of Texas and is a member of The Dallas Citizens Council.

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Katy Murray is currently serving as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company for A. H. Belo Corporation, a position she has held since April 2015. She is responsible for managing A. H. Belo’s Finance and Accounting organizations, and Internal Audit organization.
Murray has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Belo Corporation, Murray served as a management consultant to the Finance Committee of SourceHOV, a global provider of business process solutions, strategic consulting and data analytics services, from October 2013 through April 2014. Prior to that, she served as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of SourceHOV from November 2011 through September 2013. From September 2006 to October 2010, Murray was Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of Taleo, a leading provider of human capital management software.
Murray holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. She is a licensed CPA in the State of Louisiana.
Murray currently serves on the boards of Downtown Dallas, Inc., Dallas Morning News Charities, and she is Chairman of the Board of Directors for the SPCA of Texas.
Christine E. Larkin

General Counsel and Secretary
Christine E. Larkin is Senior Vice President/General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for A. H. Belo Corporation, a position she has held since February 2013. She is responsible for managing all legal affairs for A. H. Belo and its subsidiaries.
Larkin joined A. H. Belo after having served Belo Corp. as Assistant General Counsel since 2006 and as Corporate Counsel since August 2004. During her tenure at Belo, she was responsible for securities compliance and reporting, corporate governance, commercial contracts, corporate transactions and other business matters.
Larkin joined the law firm of Worsham, Forsythe & Wooldridge LLP as an associate in 1994. She became a partner in the Dallas office of Hunton & Williams LLP (successor to the Worsham firm) in 2002, where she was a member of the Global Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. She also served on the firm’s recruiting committee for nine years. In her ten years of private practice, Larkin was engaged in the practice of securities regulation and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate law.
Larkin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University. In 1994, she earned a Juris Doctor with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was a member of law review and was named to the Order of the Coif.
Larkin and her husband, Jim, live in Dallas and have two children.
